Growth Mindset Workshop- Year 5
Growth Mindset: This afternoon, Year 5 had a fabulous session learning about having a growth mindset. We also had a unique experience of walking into a huge brain which everyone found hilarious. Having a growth mindset allows you to improve your skills with effort and practice.

This week in PE, Year 6 have been trying to make tactical choices about which of the three passes to choose in game situations. The children were superb and were able to explain in detail about their choice of pass as opposed to another.
Refugees- Warm Welcome Worship
Today in Worship we learnt about the situation in Afghanistan and how there are many refugees fleeing from there to the UK. We reflected on how we can give refugees a warm welcome and help them to settle into our community. We were so impressed with how well our children showed our Christian values of friendship, service and respect when sharing how they would welcome and help refugees.
Raft building fun at PGL
Our Year 6 children are having an amazing time at PGL. This morning was splashingly good fun!
Year 2 minibeast hunt!
Year 2 had a fantastic afternoon hunting for bugs and their habitats around our school grounds. Can you spot some of the creatures that they found?

Our Year 6 children have just set off for their long awaited PGL residential trip to Winmarleigh Hall. They were so excited and were looking forward to some amazing activities such as raft building, zip wire, climbing walls and high ropes. They were also looking forward to the fantastic food!
Disability Day Worship
In class Worships we learnt about disability day and how everyone can achieve great things if you are determined and believe that anything is possible.

Wonderful Wellbeing Wednesday
What a wonderful wellbeing Wednesday with Junior Jam! We have loved playing the African drums in music, creating house music in computing and playing drama games in performing arts. We can't wait for next Wednesday!
