As part of the Remembrance Service, the children also had the important responsibility of placing special remembrance crosses on the war graves that St Barnabas has proudly adopted. This gave the children an opportunity to pay their own personal tribute to the servicemen and women buried there, ensuring that their names, stories and sacrifices continue to be remembered.
