Following their amazing production of Pinocchio, Year 6 were treated to an exciting workshop exploring what happens behind the scenes and how all the different elements come together to bring a production to life.

The children had the opportunity to explore the importance of sound effects, lighting, visuals, props and special effects, discovering how each element can transform a performance and create atmosphere for an audience.

The workshop gave the children a fascinating insight into the creativity, teamwork and technical skills that go into putting on a successful production. They even had the opportunity to get involved themselves and experiment with some of the different techniques!
