Year 5 - Computing
Today, year 5 have been creating an advertising campaign using a variety of multi-media tools. The children made their adverts informative, appealing and stand out by using lots of technical tools.
Year 6 - Computing
This week during computing, Year 6 created their own advertising campaign and a website to match. The children explored many creative tools to make their adverts appealing to their audience and make people want to read their campaigns. The children used their amazing creative skills to personalise their adverts.

Year 5 - What happened after Pentecost?
Today, Year 5 have been exploring what happened after Pentecost. The children looked at the significance of five Bible Acts and how life was affected after the Holy Spirit arrived using Bible Gateway. The children looked specifically at: Acts 2:43-47, Acts 3:1-10, Acts 4:1-22, Acts 4:32-37 and Acts 5:12-42. These acts all demonstrate the positive effects the Holy Spirit has and how the mindset of people changed to believing in Jesus.
Year 2 - Computing
This week in computing, we began making our own mini movies. We selected characters and decided on a sequence of events for our movies. We put them all together and when we pressed play, we had our own mini movies with the storyline we had chosen.
