This week in Maths we have been extending our counting to 20 using concrete materials. We have been using a double ten frame and a variety of counters to represent amounts between 10-20. Whilst we did this, we noticed how we can see the numbers clearly on the frames, for example 10 and 5 makes 15. The children enjoyed developing their counting skills in this and worked hard to think about the cardinality of each number.
