Our Whole School Worship was led by Rev Ben this morning.
We started with a game of “ Guess Who?” where Rev Ben showed us a baby photo and we had to guess who they were. This included Prince William, Taylor Swift, Marcus Rashford and Rev Ben.
The reason for this game is because our Bible story this week was The Birth of Moses. The story of the birth of Moses is a famous Bible adventure about a brave mother, a floating basket, and how God kept a special baby safe.
Following our Bible story, we discussed how hard it can be to trust others including God.
Our questions were: In the Bible story what happened to Jesus? and What do you think it must have felt like for Moses’ family to trust God?
The children shared some lovely ideas about how mean the King was trying to get rid of people but the family had to trust God when they placed him in the reeds to keep him safe.
