What a fantastic week we had at Keep Fit Club! This time, we headed over to the beautiful Whitehall Park. We started off strong, really getting our heart rates up with a mix of brisk walking and high-energy running to kickstart our cardio. Afterward, we ventured into the forest school section for some natural strength and agility work—lifting natural materials and even climbing trees to challenge our functional fitness. It was an absolute blast connecting with nature while getting a great workout in.

Hard to believe, but next week is already our final session of the term!
