Today in worship, we discussed what All Saints’ Day is. The children discussed how a saint is somebody who is special to God and is holy. The children shared names of different Saints such as Saint Barnabas, Saint George, Saint Paul, Saint Joseph and Saint Edward. Mrs Ham shared information all about different Saints such as Saint Barnabas who was an encourager and Saint George who stood up for what he believed in. Saints are kind and helpful people and we looked at how we can be like a Saint too. We discussed how this week we are going to think about how we can have invisible halos on our heads like the Saints. The children shared how we could help refugees, show respect to everyone, pick up litter, do the right thing, help others, be grateful and be kind.
